この広告アカウントに関連付けられている特定のキャンペーンのお勧めを取得します。
キャンペーンのお勧めには、キャンペーン構造に対して提案された一連の変更がすべて含まれており、オブジェクトツリーとして表示されます。応答ツリーはバッチAPIエンドポイントと連動させて利用することを目的としていますが、必要に応じて単一の更新エンドポイントにマッピングすることもできます（作成とPOST、更新とPUT、削除とDELETE）。
